Xcode: open reported 'host closed the connection' but worked; Organizer window inventory and AX tree incomplete #244

Two things from driving Xcode 26's Organizer while uploading an archive to App Store Connect (2026-11-03):

1. desktop_open of an .xcarchive returned "host closed the connection", but Xcode opened the archive in the Organizer anyway. A later desktop_open of a second archive returned completed with created_windows: [] (it reused the Organizer window). The connection error suggests the action may not have happened, when it did.
2. Window inventory and inspection are partial for Xcode. desktop_open and desktop_windows report window_inventory_completeness: partial ("Accessibility window enrichment was incomplete; returning verified CG inventory") and observation_capability: unknown for the Archives window. Earlier in the same session, desktop_inspect of that window came back with an incomplete AX tree while the Distribute sheet was mid-flow ("Selecting account…", "Preparing"), and a pixel snapshot didn't show the sheet. Later inspections of the same window were complete.

Repro: with Xcode running and its Organizer closed, desktop_open an .xcarchive. Then desktop_inspect the Archives window while Distribute App → App Store Connect is preparing.
