Narrowing the advisory’s affected ranges requires security-curator confirmation of upstream release contents and version history to avoid suppressing alerts for vulnerable Grav installations.

What changed in this PR
Corrects Grav’s affected-version metadata to distinguish the 1.7 backport from the newer release line.
Changes:
- Sets the newer affected range to
>= 1.8.0-beta.1, < 2.0.4. - Adds a separate affected range for versions before
1.7.53.1. - Updates the advisory’s modification timestamp.
