Extends the Apache Trusted Releases (ATR) configuration in
.asf.yamland makes this file the single source of truth for this project's ATR configuration.Changes
project.metadataversion_method: semver: release versions follow semantic versioning.cycle_match: (\d+)\..*: release cycles are grouped by major version (for example, all3.xreleases form one cycle).project.policyauto_archive_prior_release, so ATR archives the previous release from dist when a new one is published.github_repository_name. It is only used for ATR trusted releases, which Maven does not use yet.project.featuresatr_sync_mode: full: the whole ATR configuration now comes from.asf.yaml. Any setting that is not in this file is cleared on the ATR side, so.asf.yamlis the single source of truth.ATR project: https://releases.apache.org/projects/maven-reporting-impl
